DEMOLITION & WASTE REMOVAL

Even though the outside of buildings and structures may appear in good shape, there can be hidden leaks, foundation issues, or construction errors that require it to be demolished. If the safety and structural integrity of a building has been compromised, the cost of repairing it is often more than it would be to tear it down and start fresh. The good news is, starting fresh ensures the safety of your family and can actually increase your property value.

TOOLS & EQUIPMENT

I have the right tools and equipment to effectively complete your demolition project, and save you money on additional equipment rental costs. From sledgehammers and reciprocating saws to a skid steer that loads up my 16’ dump trailer with wall extensions, and a Ford F-350 to tow it all away, there is no project I can’t handle.

When it comes to demolition, I have the knowledge, skills and the tools to safety and quickly demolish a structure, so we can start constructing your new project.

EXPERIENCE

I have years of safely and effectively demolishing small to medium size structures for home renovations projects or to remediate damage caused by fires, floods or rodents.

Past demolition projects include the removal of old garages, decks, concrete pads and interior areas such as basements, kitchens or entire levels of a home. I have also safety demolished the entire interior, including ceiling and vents, of a large warehouse containing asbestos.

SAFETY & CERTIFICATION

Safety is paramount when conducting demolition, and I always follow government health, safety and environmental regulations to ensure the safety of the home owners, their property and myself.

I am a certified asbestos abatement professional, and I gained extensive remediation experience during the Calgary floods. In addition, I was a Superintendent for a hazardous waste removal company for four years, in which is learned the proper safety work procedures for a wide variety of materials and chemicals.
